Day 1: Welcome to the City Parties

Day 1: Welcome to the City Parties

Earlier this fall, more than 1,500 alumni celebrated newly-graduated Blue Devils at Welcome to the City Parties – proving there's no quicker way to find your Duke family in a brand new place. There were parties in 42 cities around the world, making this our largest (and fastest-growing) program. But that's not all! Volunteers partner with DAA staff to put on hundreds of in-city events each year. See what's happening in your city!

Day 2: Blue Devil Suppers

Day 2: Blue Devil Suppers

Did you know every year Duke alumni in the Triangle welcome first-year undergraduate students into their homes for Blue Devil Suppers? These special dinners allow alumni to welcome the newest Dukies into the Forever Duke community with a home-cooked meal and conversation. More than 700 alumni and students have participated since the suppers began in 2016!

Day 3: Blue Crew

Day 3: Blue Crew

Whether you live near or far, DAA keeps you connected to your beloved alma mater. That's why we have the Blue Crew – a group of 700 social ambassadors (and counting!) who share exclusive Duke news first on their social media accounts. Join today!

Day 4: The Devils' Share: Duke Magazine's new podcast

Day 4: The Devils' Share: Duke Magazine's new podcast

Have you heard? Duke Magazine has launched its very first podcast called "The Devils' Share." If you've been craving more stories from Duke Magazine, this podcast is for you. Check out the first series "Now What?" to hear alumni talk about their career journeys.

Day 5: DEMAN Arts & Media Weekend

Day 5: DEMAN Arts & Media Weekend

In addition to Reunions and Homecoming weekends, the Duke Alumni Association helps put on DEMAN Arts & Media Weekend, connecting alumni with students interested in creative industries. This fall was the largest DEMAN Weekend yet! Hosted in the brand new Rubenstein Arts Center, the event drew hundreds of alumni back to campus. DEMAN is one of DAA's affinity groups and helps you connect with other alumni that share your interests. Join an affinity group here.
