Update as of June 24, 2020:
Duke University and the Law School have continued to monitor the COVID19 pandemic and are working diligently to make plans for the fall semester.
Unfortunately, in light of the likelihood of further travel and on-campus event restrictions this fall, Duke Law Reunion Weekend 2020, rescheduled for October 23-24, is now cancelled.
We know that every five years, alumni look forward to returning to campus and celebrating their reunion with classmates, professors, and friends, and we share in your disappointment that we will not be able to gather in-person to celebrate Duke Law Reunion 2020.
Duke Law School is committed to providing an engaging virtual reunion experience for all 2020 reunion classes this fall. We are currently exploring options for a meaningful virtual celebration and we will be following up with more detailed information about online Reunion activities later this summer. In the meantime, we welcome your feedback and ideas on how we can best connect you with classmates and with Duke Law School during this virtual Reunion event. Please click here to fill out a brief survey. Or, you can share your ideas with members of your class reunion committee or by emailing the Alumni Office at alumni_office@law.duke.edu.
We also want to share a special thanks to the 2020 reunion class committee volunteers for their service this past year. Reunion committee members gave their time, creativity, and expertise to help design a robust schedule of programming for the originally planned Reunion Weekend in April and they have continued their service these past three months as we have explored alternative options during the pandemic. We look forward to continuing to work with each class committee this summer and fall to develop a robust and engaging schedule of online activities for each class.
Although we are disappointed that we are not able to celebrate Reunion Weekend in person, we look forward to marking this milestone with you in creative ways this fall.
We hope you remain well during this time.
