Meet Lead Volunteers in Utah

I am pleased to announce that Duke Utah has two Duke alums who are ready to plan events and would love to hear from you to brainstorm ideas to bring Blue Devils in Utah together.

Meet Kirstin Widding, BSE'93 and Plymouth Nelson, BSE'94.

Kirstin graduated in 1993 from the Pratt School of Engineering. She was in the AOII sorority and a little sister at Sigma Nu. Her career is in the field of orthopedic medical devices and a VP of Marketing position with Ortho Development brought her to Utah in 2020. She was previously actively involved with Duke Alumni groups in other cities and is looking forward to connecting with Dukies in Utah. She can be reached at kirstinwidding@yahoo.com.

Plymouth is a graduate of the Pratt School of Engineering and was involved with Phi Delta Theta fraternity and on the track team. He is a patent attorney with the firm of Michael Best & Friedrich and has been in Salt Lake City since 2016. He is ready to plan and promote local alumni engagement events.
