Did you know that DFE offers mindfulness classes for students, faculty, staff, and alumni? Check out the Koru Mindfulness page on the DFE website and register for the first session of 2021, starting on January 15. Koru was developed with young adults in mind; however, people of all ages have taken and benefited from the curriculum. Among a supportive group of Dukies, you will learn techniques for managing stress, getting better sleep, and strengthening your concentration.
