Through a combination of introspection and strategic goal-setting, she helps her clients visualize their ideal selves and generate realistic plans toward realizing their visions. Whether this means changing careers, waking up earlier in the morning, or joining a local running club — Karen supports her clients both professionally and personally, empowering them to set goals and navigate hurdles.
