Stacey Rudnick A.B.'89 has devoted her career to a mission that's more imperative than ever: leadership education. As director of the Center of Leadership and Ethics (CLE) at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, Stacey works with faculty and staff to give both MBA and undergraduate students the tools to become the "effective, thoughtful, moral leaders that businesses so desperately need." She has the unique ability to see the potential in individuals and then follow through by coaching students and others to discover their natural leadership style and get on the path to their desired outcome and careers. Having worked with thousands of students over her 20+ years in education, as well as many alumni and executives, Stacey has seen that successful leaders have a variety of styles in their personality core. To enhance your style, you first need to determine what it is. Join Stacey to hear about her leadership journey and then participate in a workshop to discover more about your leadership style, motivators, and skills to become the most effective and thoughtful leader you can be.
