Calling all Duke North Texas alumni! We need your help as we forge an exciting new, multi-faceted partnership between Duke and Paul Quinn College. Paul Quinn College is an urban work college in South Dallas that requires its students to work in local internships as a condition of graduation. These students not only need internship opportunities, but also mentoring and job skill training. Since both Duke University and Paul Quinn College share a common mission to educate and prepare students to succeed in a global economy and be future leaders in their communities, it is a natural fit for both institutions to work together in North Texas to further these goals.

Please join Paul Quinn College President, Michael Sorrell '90, JD'94, other Duke alumni and North Texas business leaders for the kickoff celebration of this new collaboration. We will outline goals and explore opportunities to provide internships to Paul Quinn students and volunteer to assist with training and mentoring students as they move into the workplace.

This evening is the start of something big for North Texas and we are sure you won’t want to miss it!

There is no cost to attend this program. Hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine will be served.

Thank you to Paul Genender '91, JD'94 for hosting this event.
