Join Duke Richmond for our 2nd annual Duke Alums Engage community service event at Sankofa Community Orchard on Earth Day! 

Happily Natural Day, a local nonprofit founded by Duron Chavis, developed a five-acre greenspace dedicated to food justice and climate resiliency, consisting of over 80 fruit trees, fruiting shrubs and green infrastructure in the Southside of Richmond, Virginia.  We'll have the opportunity to explore the orchard, hear from Duron and help prepare the space for the spring and summer months.
