Persuading yourself that you already have all that you need to brave your way back to your work.

You’re an ambitious, talented, purpose driven woman who made the tough decision to scale back or fully step away from work to take care of your family, either during the craziness of 2020-21, or because it’s what you felt called to do while your kids were young.

You’re ready to shift back, yet you may be experiencing doubts, fear, and a sense of being overwhelmed at the idea of it, or you aren’t sure how to begin.

This session is for you if you feel like you’re waiting for everyone else to be OK before you step back into your work, or you need more support, or you’re trying to give yourself permission to focus on what you need to make what you dream of happen.

The journey we’ll take together will support you in letting go of the “shoulds ,” finding and following your own internal guidance, and beginning to write your map — the map back to being the type of leader, professional mother and creative contributor that you’re called to be.

In this session, we’ll take a journey in three parts:

Part I: Identify the maps you’re following (often without realizing it isn’t your map) – and beginning to let them go. These maps are often found in the “shoulds” you tell yourself – how you should work, should parent, should feel, should ...

Part II: Find and begin following your internal guide – we’ll start by connecting to your story, reflecting upon the moments you felt most powerful, what we’ll call your THIS moments. From here, we’ll connect to your values, and learn how to start to listen to the wisdom of your body so it can guide you. This is the compass that is always with you once you learn how to access it.

Part III: Start writing your new map – using what you know about yourself and what you really want to make your next best step.
