While many of us remain hunkered down at home trying to stay safe during the pandemic, others confront the coronavirus daily. Among those most closely working with COVID-19 patients is Duke alumna Dr. Susan Gregory '80, pulmonary and critical care physician at Lankenau Hospital in Wynnewood, PA. We invite you to join us virtually as we listen to an illuminating interview-style conversation with Dr. Gregory. Leading our conversation will be Gregory's colleague and friend, Dr. Timothy Shapiro P'19, P'21, an interventional cardiologist at Lankenau Medical Center.

As virtual attendees, you will come away with:

  • A clearer picture of what it's like to serve on the medical front-lines of this global pandemic,
  • Greater understanding of, and appreciation for, the preparations and practices used to meet the challenges of the pandemic, and
  • What it's like to face the challenges and new conditions of practicing medicine during the pandemic.

Following the interview, attendees will have an opportunity for Q&A.
