As we emerge from a very turbulent year, many of us find ourselves drained and lacking energy. DukeNY Women's Forum invites you to an engaging virtual evening of guidance and tips from health experts to help you recharge and renew as we transition into summer and embrace a new normal.

Join Duke alumnae and parents for a panel discussion moderated by Lipi Roy HS'11, MD, MPH, FASAM, an internal medicine physician and media personality recently featured on the cover of Top Doctor Magazine, who will tap into the expertise of Duke alumnae Jodi Citrin Greebel '00, MS, RDN, a nutritionist; Rekha Babu Kumar '02, MD, MS, an endocrinologist; and Kathleen Young '96, MD, a psychiatrist. The panelists will share their expert perspectives to support us in our endeavor to invigorate our health, to take proactive steps in rebuilding vibrancy, and to flexibly incorporate healthy choices into our lives as we prepare to re-emerge into the world. The discussion will be followed by a Q&A and the opportunity to join a breakout session with the experts, DukeNY Women's Forum Committee members, and fellow DukeNY alumnae and parents.

Come prepared to gain insights and ask questions about how you can revitalize your mental, physical and emotional health!
