Mohamed Chamas is a junior from Beirut, Lebanon. An outspoken student activist, he speaks out, disagrees, and is sometimes seen as “crazy.” Though his ideas are oftentimes valid and convincing, he is usually interrupted before finishing his thoughts, and described as “another angry Muslim/Middle Eastern/minority student.” He spoke with producer Ziqi Deng, a junior, about his views on whiteness—with no interruptions.
