Christine “Chris” Coward, MSW, PCC is the founder and president of Coaching to Fulfillment LLC, who work with leaders and teams to leverage their strengths and tackle their challenges to boost productivity and engagement in their organization. Chris is an Executive Coach and Facilitator with over twelve years’ experience managing and leading people working in organizations. In addition, Chris is the VP of Coaching Services for the HabitChange Company, an organization who works with individuals to change their habits to increase their well- being and live longer, more vital lives (http://habitchangecoach.com).

Chris is an experienced seminar and training facilitator who brings her unique blend of fresh content, humor, energy, and engagement to help participants transform their leadership to new levels. She also facilitates group team coaching in organizations for leadership development which allows individuals to bring real management situations to the group, try new skills and behaviors, and use the group to process new learning and results. People working with Chris report that they achieve more clarity, confidence, productivity and have more fun.

Chris is the author of the e-zine, The Well Leader, a resource for leaders who know that their own wellness is crucial to their effective leadership. Chris has presented to several organizations on topics such as: Motivating Employees and Holding them Accountable, Staff Retention and Employee Engagement, Stress Management Program for Leaders, Engaging and Leveraging Employee Strengths, Coaching Skills for Managers, Managing Your Priorities Not Your Time, and Team Building. Her expertise comes from years of studying human behavior, positive psychology, and habit change and integrating this information into her leadership development practice.

Chris is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and served on the board of ICF Philadelphia. She received her coach training from MentorCoach. Chris earned a Masters in Social Work from UNC-Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree from Duke University. Despite the ACC rivalry, Chris roots for Duke. For fun, Chris plays bass guitar in local music groups, spends time outdoors hiking, running and cycling and enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.
