Molly draws from a professional and clinical background and tailors a customized approach unique to each individual client based on their needs and challenges profile. Molly addresses professional goals and strategy for attainment but, she also identifies and addresses motivation and decision-making toward these efforts. She personally experienced one major and many smaller and more minor professional transitions in her own life. This evolution coupled with her background and schooling in the business world and the behavioral health field have enabled her to formulate and apply a unique multi-pronged approach and perspective to her coaching work.
Molly has been providing life and professional coaching and counseling for individuals between the age of 12 - 70 years of age for over 10 years. She begins a coaching relationship with a needs assessment and then develops a professional and personal profile for each client. She typically starts with a required (highly recommended) 3 session package and then based on progress and need will continue to work with client or conclude the coaching-coachee relationship. If she determines a client needs something different or additional Molly will/can refer to other professionals in her network.
Molly currently leads a group titled 'The Psychology of Spending' and is offering workshops in “How to Make a Major Professional Transition” and “The Importance of Self-Care” with her business Behavior Works.
