Supporting Students During COVID-19
Students, we are here for you.
We know that the response to COVID-19 is drastically changing the way you are studying and living. During this time, please know that your Duke Alumni Association is here to support you with resources from our Forever Duke community of 175,000+ alumni. Read below to learn how and where to find alumni support:
Ask a Blue Devil is a pilot mentorship platform for alumni and students. We have opened this resource to all current Duke students. Fill out the brief form and ask for advice. Your question will be sent to alumni who can help point you in the right direction.
Connect with alumni using the alumni network. Log in with your student ID. Search for alumni based on industry, location, Duke activities and more – and then message alumni directly from the network. Here are some tips on how to use it.
View videos of support. Alumni have been filming messages of support for the Class of 2020. More videos uploaded weekly.
Visit the DAA Jobs & Internships Board for opportunities posted by Duke alumni. Students served by the Duke Career Center will be redirected to CareerConnections to apply for these positions. All students should be sure to check in with their school's career center for resources and support.
Check out our helpful webinars [coming soon] on topics that range from finding a job to graduating during uncertain times. Videos will be posted soon.
Follow @DukeAlumni on your favorite social platforms. We will also be celebrating the 2020 Forever Duke Student Leadership Award winners, posting supportive content by alumni for the Duke community and more.
