Time:  Entry will be between 18:30 to 19:30. Our cocktail with Champagne and aperitif will begin at 19:00 and will end at 22:00. There will be a welcome speech at 19:00.

A 2022-2023 Bass Connections team is digging into the richness of dirt and fungi to inform the development of a unique art project called “Soil and Spirit.”

Join us virtually for this week-long celebration of research including an exciting array of faculty lectures and panel discussions; graduate student, trainee, and postdoctoral fellow flash talks; and special guest speakers presenting the Robert J.

Please join the DeWitt Wallace Center on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 5:30 p.m. for a discussion with Washington journalists who covered the turbulent events of the last month. Rachel Chason of the Washington Post (’17), Mark Mazzetti of the New York Times (’96) and Sam Feist of CNN (P’23) will have a conversation about the challenge of covering breaking news, politics in our polarized age and the rise of misinformation. Moderated by Bill Adair.

On June 22nd, celebrity Chef Tre Wilcox and his team guided alumni through preparing a three-course meal. Participants were divided into three groups with each group being responsible for preparing one of the three courses. Chef Tre was the emcee for the evening, going from kitchen to kitchen to ask participants about their choices and strategies.
