Ann Park is a coach and psychiatrist who brings a holistic approach to her exclusively female clients. Her specialties include a mindfulness-based approach to anxiety and stress, work-life integration, helping people resolve conflict, and coaching leadership skills in the executive setting. Ann has additional expertise in relationship coaching for parents and couples. She tele-coaches across the country and sees clients locally in the Tampa Bay area.

She coaches her clients to create individualized career roadmaps, build decision-making confidence and develop practical strategies for continued success. Coaching topics include self-promotion, career management, communication skills, career transition, executive presence and leadership skills.
