Relish face-to-face encounters with two of the world’s last great frontiers – Southern Patagonia’s majestic fjords and glaciers, and Torres del Paine’s stunning scenery – on a remarkable 16-day small group journey showcasing South America’s diversity.  Discover vibrant Buenos Aires during a three-night stay, seeing its highlights and attending a performance at a premier tango house.  After exploring Ushuaia, the world’s southernmost city, board the comfortable M/V Stella/Ventus Australis* for an extraordinary four-night cruise through the storied Tierra del Fuego archipelago.  Highlights of this singular voyage include fabled Cape Horn, shore excursions to spectacular glaciers, and Magdalena Island’s immense penguin colony.  Disembarking at Punta Arenas, travel to breathtaking Torres del Paine National Park for a three-night stay with daily excursions through this pristine wilderness.  The adventure concludes in lively Santiago with a home-hosted dinner and visits to colorful Valparaiso and a local winery.  Discover magnificent Iguazu Falls on a 2-day/2-night pre-tour option.

* The cruise will embark on either the M/V Stella Australis or the M/V Ventus Australis.
