These programs offer immersive off-board experiences complemented by sophisticated rooms with fine accommodations and dining.

“Pre-registration” means that a travel program is actively taking deposits, however the final itinerary and price are still subject to change by the tour operator. If you reconfirm, the cancelation policy outlined in the brochure will take effect at that point.
Do I have to place a deposit to join the waitlist for a particular travel program?
No, to join the waitlist, you simply need to call us at (919) 684-2988 or email DukeTravels@duke.edu. After you have joined the waitlist, you will be contacted if space becomes available on the travel program.
