Alumni can make a huge difference for students and recent grads by offering mentoring, advice and career leads. Check out programs such as Alumni Interviewing, the Duke Reader Project and our Life 101 series for students for ways to offer advice and mentoring to students. And make sure your profile is up-to-date so students can seek you out for career advice.

Offering an internship or career opportunity to a Duke student or recent grad is the ultimate win-win. If you’re looking to add Duke talent to your team, contact the Duke Career Center. You can also see our Career Networking page to learn how we're supporting the careers of alumni and students.

Give something back – and not just moneyGive something back – and not just money

Of course we love the financial support our alumni provide, but giving isn’t the only way alumni can make a difference in the Duke community. Every year thousands of Duke alumni give time, talent and leadership to the university. Volunteering for Duke is a great way to experience Duke from the inside and make things better for students and alumni.
