Join the Duke NTX Diversity Committee in a celebration of Peruvian food and culture. In this family-style lunch, we will enjoy traditional dishes such as Papas a la Huancaina, Ceviche, and Chicken and Vegetarian Chaufa (a rice dish of Peruvian & Chinese origin).

There is no cost to register. Food will be paid individually at the event, approximately $25 per person (drinks not included)
